Adulta
Adulta is one of the largest adult education centres in Finland today. Its training is specifically tailored to meet the needs of individuals, private companies and public institutions. Adulta fulfils a variety of different needs, including basic, further and supplementary vocational education, apprenticeship programmes, labour policy education programmes, and courses designed to meet individual requirements. 

Adulta's main areas of operation are languages and international training, tourism, business administration, management, multimedia and graphics, metalwork, construction, electronics and information technology, as well as hotel, restaurant and catering services. In addition, Adulta offers individual study programmes, along with general information on business life and further skills training.

Aleksanteri Institute
The Aleksanteri Institute is affiliated with the University of Helsinki and operates as a national centre of research, study and expertise pertaining to Russia and Eastern Europe, particularly in the social sciences and humanities. The institute co-ordinates and promotes co-operation and interaction between the academic world, public administration, business life and civil society in Finland and abroad.

Confucius Institute
The Confucius Institute at the University of Helsinki is a non-profit academic institute with the following objectives:

- Promoting education on Chinese society, culture and language as well as public interest in China through academic courses, public lectures, seminars and conferences
- Initiating and promoting research on China, including joint projects between Chinese and Finnish research organizations and with partners in other countries
- Functioning as a general intermediary and facilitator of Sino-Finnish exchange in education, culture, society and other areas of mutual interest

Electria provides production services, research activities and training services in the field of electronics. Electria works together with enterprises to develop manufacturing methods, to implement new manufacturing processes and to train personnel.It is also possible to produce prototypes and test series at Electria. The open environment gives customers an opportunity to participate in development activities. Electria is located in Technopolis’s premises in Vantaa, close to the Helsinki-Vantaa airport.
